Gaia cultivated a consistent yoga and meditation practice years ago to overcome physical, emotional, and spiritual issues that she developed as a result of stress, anxiety and the toxic relationship she was in. Gaia’s true purpose is to serve others by creating a safe and sacred space where everyone can connect deeply with their mind, body, and spirit. Gaia’s dynamic teaching style is influenced by Vinyasa, Hatha & Restorative Yoga. Her passionate personality provides a unique experience where she teaches her students how to surrender, accept the generous present moment, and how to find healing transformation through breath work, intentions, and a deep asana practice. Gaia is full of energy, extremely passionate, and lives her life by the mantra “Be Grateful & Be Faithful”.
